We take pride in crafting our natural blends fresh to order, ensuring quality in every jar. Because each product is made just for you, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the following cases:


  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order has not shipped within 30 days



We currently use local bus and matatu courier services for delivery. Once your order is handed over for transport, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier service used for your delivery.
