REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our hair care & Body care  products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 dayswith photo evidence so we can assist you. If your package is lost in transit, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier.
